Online Sales & Shipping
For jewellery and gemstones purchased from our online boutique we require 100% payment before shipping the items to you.
Shipping within Singapore is free-of-charge and will be hand delivered by our staff within 2 working days. We will contact you to arrange a suitable timing for delivery.
For shipping outside of Singapore, the shipping will be done via a 3rd-party courier company, with insurance cover for the items. The cost for the overseas shipping and insurance will be calculated by us and a separate shipping invoice will be sent to you for your confirmation and payment. Once payment for the shipping is made, we will proceed to arrange for your items to be shipped to you.
Overseas shipping is done via international priority air courier and may take from 2 to 14 days (estimated) depending on the location, however, there may be exceptions whereby the shipping takes longer than 14 days.
Once your purchase is confirmed we will provide the estimated delivery date from the courier company.
All duties, taxes, and import fees, are to be paid by you for receiving the items. Please check your duties, taxes, and import fees for your country before confirming your purchase with us. We bear no liability for any costs or delays caused by customs duties, taxes and fees or any other charges or requirements imposed by the countries we ship items to.
For items shipped within Singapore, we do allow for returns within 1 week from the date the items were received by you. The items must be in original condition, with no signs of wear, and no damage. We require that you make an appointment to return the items in person, and we shall check the items for any signs of wear or damage. If we are satisfied that the items are in good order with no signs of wear or damage, we will provide a refund via a local Singapore bank transfer of the purchase amount minus a 5% service charge. For items with any signs of wear or damage, that are not in the original condition, we do not accept any returns.
For overseas purchases we do not accept any refunds or returns, except in the case of manufacturing defects. For any manufacturing problems that arise within 1 year from the date of the item being received, we will make repairs free-of-charge, but this excludes wear & tear and damage caused by mishandling of the jewellery. Any damage to gemstones caused by the craftsman is only refundable subject to our discretion.
For in-store purchases of our Boutique items, you will have the opportunity to view and try on the items in person. Hence, once you confirm and pay for the items, we do not accept any returns, except due to manufacturing problems (please see below).
Bespoke and Made-to-Order items
For bespoke and made-to-order items, please note that items may take between 8 to 12 weeks (estimated) to manufacture from the date that the final design has been completed and confirmed by you. There may be designs that take longer than 12 weeks depending on the complexity, and unforeseen delays may also occur. For each piece, once the final design is confirmed, we will provide the estimated timeline to complete the piece and the estimated collection date. We do not bear any liability for any delays from the estimated dates given.
For bespoke and made-to-order items, we kindly request for a 50% deposit on the estimate quotation for bespoke designs upon confirmation, which is non-refundable. Purchases of our gemstones may be used as part of the deposit. The balance payment on the final amount is due on collection, and is non-refundable.
100% payment for gemstones is non-refundable.
For any manufacturing problems that arise within 1 year from the date of collection, we will make repairs free-of-charge, but this excludes wear & tear and damage caused by mishandling of the jewellery. Any damage to gemstones caused by the craftsman is only refundable subject to our discretion.
